Washington D.C. Office Space for Mental Health Professionals

OSI now supports over 60 mental health professionals at its K Street location in the heart of the Washington metropolitan area.

O.S.I. provides office space as needed at $11 per hour, from 8:30 A.M. till 9:00 PM on weekdays, and 9-6 on Saturdays. One can arrange regular schedules, with chosen offices reserved for specific times. The mental health professional is charged for offices reserved and used, and no more. Arrangements are month to month, with no term commitments.

In addition to providing hourly, daily, weekly and exclusive use officing, O.S.I. offers an array of ancillary services. Clients can have a business address, mailing and messenger services, phone answering, internet access, and other office services as needed. Office plans start at $30 per month for counselors beginning their practices.

    OSI's location places therapists close to a large, diverse population and the expansive business hours means that clients can easily schedule the early morning, lunch, or after work sessions that are always in demand.
  • OSI can also serve as a cost effective second office, thereby boosting your chances of being accepted onto the most desirable insurance panels and significantly increasing your client catchement area.
  • OSI office spaces can be reconfigured to allow individual and couples therapy or assessments/testing. The conference room can be used to host small workshops (which is a great strategy for building a reputation).
  • We facilitate networking among OSI therapists through a variety of means, which will help you begin to establish a professional presence and form referral sources.
  • OSI allows you to immediately establish a professional address at minimal cost, thereby allowing beginning professionals to apply to insurance panels . You gain access to a professional receptionist as well as a mailing address for your correspondence, while only paying for the time you actually use.
